You are solely responsible for ensuring that your participation is lawful in your jurisdiction. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable minimum age requirement.

Opening, operating, or using more than one Account — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all funds therein. If you believe your account has been duplicated in error, please contact us immediately at [email protected].

3.6. Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

We are committed to maintaining a safe and compliant platform. As part of our KYC process, we may request, at any time and at our sole discretion, that you submit documentation to verify your identity, age, address, and source of funds. Required documents may include:

4. Account Management

4.1. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any security codes with any third party. 4.2. Account Information Accuracy

You must ensure that all information associated with your Account remains accurate and up-to-date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account closure and forfeiture of funds. Any change to your personal details must be reported to us promptly.

4.3. Inactive Accounts

An Account shall be considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. Following this period, we may apply an inactivity fee of CAD $5 per month, deducted from the available Real Money Balance, until the balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated. You will be notified by email prior to any fee being applied. We will make reasonable efforts to reunite any remaining balance with you in accordance with applicable unclaimed property legislation.

4.4. Account Closure

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. 6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1. General Bonus Terms

From time to time, we may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, loyalty rewards, and other promotional incentives ("Promotions"). In the event of any conflict between specific promotional terms and these Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific offer, Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement of 35× (thirty-five times) the bonus amount before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. For example, a bonus of CAD $100 requires total wagers of CAD $3,500 to be placed before withdrawal eligibility is achieved.

6.6. Bonus Abuse

We reserve the right to cancel any bonus and void associated winnings where we determine, in our sole discretion, that a bonus has been claimed or used in a manner that constitutes abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed to extract bonus value, collusion between players, use of automated tools, or multiple bonus claims under related Accounts.

6.7. One Bonus at a Time

Only one (1) active bonus may be applied to your Account at any time. You must satisfy or forfeit an existing bonus before a new bonus can be activated.

7. Games & Fair Play

7.1. Random Number Generator (RNG)

All Games offered on the Platform that require randomised outcomes utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Our RNG systems are regularly tested and audited by independent third-party testing laboratories to ensure statistical randomness, unpredictability, and compliance with industry standards. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual Games are available within each game's information section.

7.2. Live Dealer Games

Live dealer Games are streamed in real time from professional studios or land-based casino environments. Game results are determined by physical means (e.g., cards dealt, roulette wheel spun) and are subject to the same fairness standards as RNG-based Games.

7.3. Game Rules

Each Game offered on the Platform is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the Game interface. You are responsible for familiarising yourself with the rules of any Game prior to placing wagers. In the event of a conflict between a Game's rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail on matters of general account policy; the Game rules shall prevail on matters of specific game mechanics.

7.4. Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, system failure, software malfunction, or connectivity interruption during a Game session:

  • We shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond our reasonable control;
  • Any bets paid as a result of a software error or display fault shall be considered void, and overpayments may be recouped from your Account balance.

7.5. Prohibited Conduct — Bots and Automated Play

The use of automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, scripts, macros, or any other programme designed to simulate or automate player actions on the Platform is strictly prohibited. We employ detection systems to identify such activity. Accounts found to be using prohibited software will be immediately suspended, all funds forfeited, and the matter referred to relevant authorities where appropriate.

7.6. Collusion and Cheating

Any attempt to collude with other players, exploit software vulnerabilities, engage in match-fixing, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all funds. We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies in investigations of cheating and fraud.

8. Tournaments & Lotteries

8.1. Tournament Rules

From time to time, we may offer competitive tournaments ("Tournaments") in which players compete against one another for prize pools. Each Tournament will be governed by specific terms announced at the time of launch, including entry requirements, eligible games, scoring methods, prize pool structure, and duration. By entering a Tournament, you agree to its specific terms.

8.2. Prize Pools

Tournament prizes will be credited to winning players' Accounts within 72 hours of the Tournament's conclusion, subject to verification of eligibility. Cash prizes are credited to the Real Money Balance; bonus prizes are subject to applicable wagering requirements.

8.3. Disqualification

We reserve the right to disqualify any participant from a Tournament where we determine that the participant has breached any of these Terms or the specific tournament rules, including but not limited to use of prohibited software, collusion, or exploiting bugs.

8.4. Lotteries and Prize Draws

Where lottery-style or prize draw promotions are offered, participation is governed by the specific rules of each draw, including ticket eligibility, draw dates, and prize distribution. All draws are conducted using independently verified random selection methods. No purchase is necessary to enter free prize draws where applicable under Canadian law.

  • Create derivative works based on any Platform content;
  • Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on another website without our express written permission.

9.3. User-Submitted Content

You warrant that any such content does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1. No Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

10.2. Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount deposited by you in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) CAD $500. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data.

10.3. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of our obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay arises from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, governmental actions, power failures, internet outages, or failures of third-party service providers.

10.4. Third-Party Content

The Platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, services, or content. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party services. Access to third-party services is at your own risk and subject to those parties' terms and conditions.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1. Informal Resolution

11.4. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the province in which you are domiciled in Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Health & Safety

12.1. Gambling as Entertainment

Online gambling is intended to be an entertaining and recreational activity. We strongly encourage all players to approach gambling as a form of entertainment and not as a source of income or a solution to financial difficulties. Never gamble with money you cannot afford to lose.

12.2. Responsible Behaviour

You should not gamble while under the influence of alcohol or any other substances that may impair your judgment. Gambling decisions should always be made while you are in a clear and stable state of mind. We encourage you to take regular breaks during gaming sessions.

12.3. Signs of Problem Gambling

If you are concerned about your gambling behaviour or that of someone you know, we encourage you to review our full Responsible Gaming Policy and to make use of the player protection tools available to you, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Helplines are available 24/7 across Canada — please see our Responsible Gaming page for details.

13. Responsible Gaming

13.1. Our Commitment

Roobet is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling for all players. We provide a range of tools designed to help players manage their gambling behaviour, including:

  • Deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly);
  • Loss limits;
  • Session time limits and reality check reminders;
  • Cooling-off periods;
  • Self-exclusion (temporary or permanent).

To activate any of these tools, please visit the Responsible Gaming section of your Account settings or contact our support team. Full details regarding our responsible gaming approach are set out in our Responsible Gaming Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

13.2. Self-Exclusion

If you wish to exclude yourself from the Platform, you may request a self-exclusion of a minimum of 6 months or a permanent self-exclusion. During any self-exclusion period, you will not receive any marketing communications, and we will use reasonable technical means to prevent you from accessing your Account. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

14. Miscellaneous

14.1. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Roobet with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.

14.2. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining provisions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

14.3. Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce such provision in the future. No waiver of any breach shall be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach.

14.4. Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or sub-license any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We reserve the right to assign our rights and obligations under these Terms to any successor entity or in connection with a corporate reorganisation, merger, or acquisition.

14.5. Anti-Money Laundering

We are committed to preventing money laundering, terrorist financing, and other financial crimes. We operate in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards. We reserve the right to request documentation relating to the source of funds deposited into your Account at any time. Suspicious activity may be reported to relevant competent authorities in accordance with applicable law.

14.6. Contact Information
